Welcome to CastlR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CastlR security coordination platform. By accessing or using CastlR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Emergency Situations

For fires, medical emergencies, crimes in progress, or any life-threatening situations, call 911 immediately. Do not use CastlR for emergency situations.

Our services are designed for non-emergency security incidents such as suspicious activity, noise complaints, property maintenance issues, and vacation checks.

Acceptable Use

When using CastlR, you agree to:

• Use the service only for authorized purposes
• Not engage in any illegal or harmful activity
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access

Limitation of Liability

CastlR provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents or property damage. Users assume all risks associated with using the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
